I work alone and have been developing Shopify stores for over 4 years. I have experience working with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations. In extraordinary cases other developers may be brought in to assist with the workload, but always under my direct supervision.
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
We give you access to a private Linear board where you can create tasks and communicate with us. You can support your request with a Loom video, Google Docs, Swagger Links or any other material to support the request.
That is fine! You can keep iterating until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
We are not supporting custom apps at the moment. We do have created apps in the past, but due to the length of the approval process, the complexity of the implementation and the requirements to deploy it we are only offering that service as a separate project.
That is understandable! You can sign up for a single task and pause your subscription, so you can use the remaining days anytime in the future.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the service.
